9 mo check up

I can't believe that Mac is growing up so fast.  In July he had his 9 mo. check up at the doctors office.  He is so busy all of the time!  He crawls and like to cruise on everything from walls to furniture.  He says Mamma and Dadda but I don't think he know which is which.  He eats TONS of food all of the time.  He likes to explore everything!!! He is such a joy and we are so glad that he is part of our family!! His stats are as follows:

Weight: 19.4 lbs. -- 25%

Length: 28 in. -- 33%

Head: 17.5 cm. -- 22%

He is kind of on the small side on paper (I don't know how because he eats so much!!), but it seems like he is growing like a weed!!

July and August!!

I know that it has been too long since I posted, but here is all the crazy busy and fun thing that we have been doing in the last couple of months!!

 We had a great 5 year anniversary!  We spent the weekend with just each other and shopped!  It was great!!

 Mac and I went to the pool a lot this summer!  He mostly went to the child care place and I went to the pool!! It was great!! He did really like swimming in the pool!

 The 24th of July is always so much fun!  We went to a dinner party and then the fire works with my family.  They are always really good!  I love fire works!

 The last week of July we went to Lake Powell.  We left Mac with his Bumma in Salt Lake.  It was the first time leaving him for that long...but it was great and all was well!  We had so much fun at Lake Powell!!  

 Matt and I went and explored the rocks by out boat!

 There were three prego ladies at Powell this year!  I was just glad that I wasn't this year!

 The second week of August we went to Yellowstone for a long weekend.  The boys all rode their motorcycles and us girls took turns riding and driving the truck!  It was a lot of fun!  We went to different places this year from last year.

 There were lots of stinky geysers and pools that we went to.

 Mac always rode in our backpack carrier and he did so good!  He would fall asleep and it was so funny!

 We went to two different waterfalls!  They were so beautiful!  This one was a really tall one.

 This is the lower waterfalls that we went to last year.  Last year we went to the top of the falls.  This year we went to the bottom.  There were around 350 stairs to the bottom.  It was kind of scary going to these stairs that looked like they were barely hooked on the mountain.

We have had a great couple of months!!  We are now working on putting our yard together...which is not so fun.  I will post pics of them soon!

5 YEARS!!

 5 years ago on Friday the 13th I married my best friend!!  Love you babe!!  We got to take a fun trip.  More pics to follow!

Happy 4th!!

 We had a GREAT 4th!  On the 3rd we went to the fireworks at the stadium.  We didn't sit in the stadium but outside at a new spot and it was perfect!  They were so good, as always!  My dad stayed at home so we left Mac at home with him.  I kind of felt guilty for leaving him at home... but it's not like he would like them anyways right!  On the 4th we went water skiing and then the rest of the fam had a BBQ and I went to work.  I only had to work for half of the night so it was perfect!  On Friday and Saturday we bought fireworks.  The new big aerial ones that we can do now were AWESOME!!  We had some much fun shooting them off.  It was just us and the Nell fam

 So we went a little sparkler crazy!  We went to this stand that was closing so they gave us killer deals on fireworks.  Then after we bought the fireworks they gave us some HUGE sparklers that were neon!  It was fun.  Once again we left Mac asleep inside.

Overall we had a great 4th!  It is always so fun!!

Happenings of June

 My good friend Loni and her babe Laelia went to the park with us for lunch.  The kido's had fun and it was good to chat!

 We went to Benson on Sat. and took the wave runners.  It was fun.  Mac hated the wave runner.  He cried the whole min he was on there!

 A different Sat we went to Glendale for the evening.  Mac and I mostly stayed on the beach.  It was too rough to ski, but we had fun on the surf board.  It was Krisy first time on the surf board.

 Mac is such a fun boy!  He is getting so big!

He discovered to joy of toilet paper!  He now has two bottom teeth and has two coming in on the top.  He can say momma and dadda and makes the babba sounds.  He likes to stand on anything he can and walk with the furniture.  He loves to eat anything he can get this hands on!!  He is such a JOY!!

 Then we went bowling.  Mac and Kaiz were both thrilled to be there.  We could get Mac to smile for most of the time!
